Poor service

I was on a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg on the 31st of January flight number 5Z0843. We boarded the flight everything was okey until it was time for service. We were served crips and chocolate for the flight and the flight attendants informed us that they had more pax from the previous flight then expected therefore there were no sandwiches. I personally choose to fly cemair cause of the inflight service . My question is couldn’t they radio Cape Town food directions or any food service they use and inform them they have no sandwhiches left for the next flight . This was very disappointing. Even thou there was only 13 pax that doesn’t mean we should get such a service as some of us skip the lounge knowing there is inflight service onboard .

Another disappointing experience was with the senior flight attendant natali. I had ordered white one for the flight and each and everytime I asked for a refill it felt like I was doing something wrong . 40min before top of descending i ordered another glass of wine she literally poured me a sip . And when I asked the other flight attendant to kindly fill my glass abit Natali came in and interrupted our conversation and told me we are about to land that is why she poured me that very tiny amount of wine mind you her tone of voice was very loud and left me embarrassed as other passengers were looking at me . There was no announcement yet confirming the end of inflight service nor the announcement from the flight deck stating we are about to descend. I ended giving them back the glass of wine as I felt like a child that was being reprimanded. And she did not care how I even felt as I had a confused expression and felt embarrassed.

This was very disappointing. And I doubt I will ever fly cemair again .
