Poor customer service and telephonic skills

On 22 April I tried to do a return booking from Margate however upon payment the system was unresponsive after entering my credit card details and waiting for 5 minutes. I immediately phoned the reservations number and spoke to Peet. I explained that the system was not responding upon payment to which he responded - \Well we use the same system"- not very helpful. I insisted that he tries to assist me to make the booking"
