Pathetic Service (lost my bag)

I am beyond frustrated and incredibly disappointed CemAir's service I landed in Margate on the 10th December with NO luggage bag, I have not had a clothes or toiletries for 2 days. I spoke to the representative at the Margate airport and she said she would locate my bag and it would arrive on the flight the next day @ 11am. Due to the bad weather the flight was diverted back to JHB on the 11th and it would only come the next day, the 12th Dec. The representative called me this morning to say that my 'bag' had arrived, but it's the WRONG bag. It's gone from bad to worse and it's just pathetic that their system is broken and unprofessional. CemAir has been running for 20 years and they can't get simple processes right! Still no bag, I will never fly this airline again.
