Overall a bad choice

Twice in the past year, family members have used Cemair and on both occasions they have vowed NEVER AGAIN. From flight delays to shocking customer service and rude personnel to management blaming others. So sad to see especially when competition is so fierce and other airlines are pulling out all the stops to make sure your flight and experience is a hassle-free and pleasant one.
