Outstanding Team!

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the excellent service I received from CemAir. I flew to Joburg to bring my ailing mother back to Cape Town but unfortunately she passed away before we could make the trip back. I had to move our flights 1st as we wouldn't have made our flight in time, this was such an easy task with the lovely people at reservations. After my mother passed, I called several times to reschedule my flight home as the arrangements for her were not going as planned. They were so incredibly understanding and helpful. I was in such a state and they honestly made that part so much easier for me. The service on the flight was also outstanding. The entire team I dealt with were fantastic. Thank you CemAir team for everything.
