Outstanding cemair refund - 1 year later

I am so glad your flights are no longer grounded. I have the following issue. I demand immediate response and the resolution of my issue. I booked a flight from George to Bloemfontein for 1 January 2019, however cemair flights got grounded and after numerous calls and emails I have as of yet NOT RECEIVED my promised refund for this inconvenience. Could SOMEONE from cemair please come in contact with me as it is now a full year later and I STILL have not received said refund.
