Not punctual, no communication!

I had Booked an early flight for 26 Nov Let me list down the problems for that day. -my flight was not showed on any of the screens. -when calling the landline the phone never went through. -the plane was late by 1 hour 45mins . None of the staff apologised nor were they able to tell us why our flight was delayed by so much time bare in mind i had an 8am meeting:( .

On my return Again the flight was delayed by an hour oh i also could not check myself in online. Worst service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
