No Service

In December 2018 I booked and Paid for a Flight through the Travel Agent. I was informed that all flight had been grounded and that a refund will be processed, The 10 month mark is rapidly approaching and NO REFUND has been issued, from the other comments I gather that I am not the only one.

When you call their listed numbers you get an automated response, until the call gets cut-off. Honestly very disappointed.
