No refund received on cancelled flight

My flight got cancalled on the 8th of September by Cemair, about 2 hours before I had to embark from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth. I had to rebook a flight with a different airline.

It has almost been 2 months since I have been waiting for a refund for the original ticket I have purchased through an agency. The agency cant refund me as they have not received the refund from Cemair yet.

This is such poor service.
