No refund after flight cancelled

The George airport was one of the last airports to open during the Level 3 Covid period. But I got a seat on the first plane out George to Johannesburg. On my return back from Jhb to George on the 27th of July the monday, the flight was cancelled about 3 hours before take off. They informed me of that they can either refund me, or book me on the next flight out on the thursday. I decided on the refund option. Up to date, I have not received my refund. I have submitted all relevant details and been in connection with Monique, but to no avail. I hope I can sort this pout please.
