No Refund

On Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 09:02:24, i cancelled a booking and requested refund, and received an email saying it would take 7 - 21 working days. (21 days would have been on 18/06/2025)

On the 17/06/2025 i send a follow up email requesting the status of my refund and got a reply on the 17/06/2025 requesting my bank account details

On the 24/06/2025 i send another follow up email and got a reply on the 25/06/2025 saying my bank details is with account for processing

i sent another follow up email on the 27/06/2025 no reply

today is the 30/06/2025 , which is 28 working days since my request and your company has still not refunded me
