No refund

I booked a one-way flight from Plettenberg Bay to OR Tambo in January and my flight was grounded. I was told to make alternate arrangements which I did and was promised a refund. My ticket cost me R3500 which I had to work and save a lot for and I have been constantly emailing Flycemair about my refund. At first I got told to wait 1 month then 2 months and in the last couple months they just stopped replying to my emails altogether. I have not received any refund and find it extremely ********* and professional.
