Never use fly cemair

Never fly with CemAir! Bad service and bad attitude. We bought tickets, firstly pur flight was delayed....for more than a hour...then after numurous asking why....suddenly..the flight is cancelled and we were.told to go to the ticket office. Cemair used the weathher as an excuse while, if they were ontime, there wouldnt have been any problems. Further tonthe situation, the staff were uni formed, and when we ask to speak to management, cause we needed accomodation, we were just told ma Management were not there. We still.insisted to speak to a manager, where we then had a phone call, where we were talking to her on speaker phne. Not helpful at all...just informed us, they not goiiimh to pay for accompdation. We then received our bags, our golff bag cover were teared with a big hole.. i immidiatly went to cemair office, and again the same lady told me that its not there problem. We then ask the help desk at Safair, they were profesional and friendly, booked a flight for us for the next day, and provide us with names for accomodation Fly Cemair....never again!!!
