MONEY MAKING ****

Good day I booked a flight on 27 November 2018 through TRAVELSTART for a 06:00 flight on 28 November 2018 on CEMAIR from OR Tambo JHB to Bloemfontein. My son arrived at 05:10 at OR Tambo Airport just to be informed that he cannot board. Boarding is closed. The Check inn policy of CEMAIR clearly states that terminals close 30 minutes prior to departure. The CEMAIR counter personnell were VERY RUDE and did not want to help my son at all. I phoned and sent emails to TRAVELSTART and CEMAIR to NO AVAIL. Schivon at Travelstart rep**** VIA EMAIL to say sorry if there is a NO SHOW the ticket is forfeited and a new ticket needs to be purchased. FIRST OF ALL IN THIS CASE THERE WAS NOT A NO SHOW. Passenger did arrive for check inn at 05:10. This is a money making **** of enormous proportions. PLEASE AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT ALL COST.
