I booked a flight from Cape Town to Joburg on the 13/01/25 that will leave at 7am, I got a call from Keano on the 14/01/25 that the flight is cancelled and they will book me a flight via Lift that will leave at 6:30. I was then told I will get a confirmation email with all the details soon after he hangs up. I have still not received that booking instead I was given a ref number that has 5 other people on it. No seat number, nothing. I went on their live chat and spoke to Luciano who just gave me the same ref and ended the live chat, so I will go to the airport with no details. What nonsense is this? They gave me a stupid excuse when I asked why my flight was cancelled, they know very well they overbooked their flights now we have to be inconvenienced. I will NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR AIRLINE.
