mechanical breakdown of aircraft in mid air- loosing connecting flight to DUBAI without compensation

On 31/1/2022 I had a very stressful and traumatic experience with FLY CemAir! Since flying in and out of SA for many years, they are the worst of the worst, and their management is unprofessional and unresponsive to emails. The aircraft I was supposed to travel with to OR Tambo broke down in midair, resulting me loosing my connecting flight to Dubai. I was left to my own device and told to go and fight with the connecting flight airlines who had NOTHING to do with me loosing the flight. Now they not responding to emails at all.
