Left me stranded

After bying tickets online, ariving at the terminal they could not find the booking. I phoned the office in johannesburg and the guy could see the booking, took the number and was going to phone me back. long story short the plane was about to leave and I had to buy another ticket. the staff were totally unhelfull and just did not care. they are yet to phone me back.......... and to top it all off the plane had some technical issue and had to be jump started...
