Incompetence Airline Ever

I have been trying to receive my refund from the Airline due to a flight that was canceled by them which was an inconvenience towards me as I had planned a trip. I was not informed as to why this happened because it was not communicated to me prior. I have been trying to reach out to you and the agents but nothing has been done in regards to this situation. I am extremely disappointed because I feel like no one deserves to be treated this way especially if I paid for it. I am asking for my refund for the 100th time and I do not know how further you want me to take this. Also, I don’t understand how I must go the extra mile as a customer for this to be solved but the company was in the wrong from the get go. I would like a Refund As soon as possible. I would not vouch for this service on anyone and would never vouch for this company ever because of the treatment and incompetence. CemAir they don’t care about their passengers at all , they only care about their pockets.. regret taking this airline.
