*******, unlalwful, ******* money *****s at Cemair

I am a travel agent, and I booked a ticket for my client via Cem Air. The CAA grounded them and they canceled the flight without informing us. We had to book another air ticket at our own cost, and we were given written promises on several occasions informing my client that the air ticket would DEFINTELY be refunded. Six months later, the travel insurance has expired and Cemair is ignoring my emails CONTINUALLY REQUESETING THE REFUND THEY REFUSE TO PAY.

It is basically a ****, *******, and ********. No wonder the CAA grounded them. This company is absolutely shocking and you are basically throwing money down the drain if you fly with them.
