Highest level of disrespect for clients and bad service

This is unacceptable The flight was suppose to leave at 7:15 from Cape Town to Johannesburg but delayed on top of that is 8:30 and we still not departerted and no one is saying anything about that, no apologies no alternative Nothing.. This is Highest level of disrespect.
