Grounding of Cemair

Hello Peter Grounding of Cemair in December 2018 I had a booking with Cemair on 16th December 2018. Confirmation number #AAQ2SY Johannesburg to Margate. Cemair flights were grounded That weekend. I was promised a full rebate by the middle of February 2019. I have still not been refunded. I have tried calling all your numbers and I Never get an answer. You call yourselves a personal airline but you cannot speak to anyone! I have also tried e mailing you. Please can you refund me it is Six months now. Charlene Chandler
