Fly Cemair Horrible Service

My first time flying with Cemair I had to experience the most dirtiest flight, worse lose my whole luggage bag after checking it in. The SAPS is more concerned & keep making a follow up while I gave Cemair my money & still have to wait a whole week or two before they can access footage of what happened to my luggage bag & they are not even communicating all they say when I call is they are waiting for a date to see footage as they can’t find my luggage bag, no assurance of anything, they don’t even make me fill a form or send an e-mail confirming if they doing something with this matter

I’m claiming 52k for my valuables, there is no way my items can be intact for so long even if they find my luggage bag, my single cosmetic Dior perfume costs R6000 more than the flight ticket I bought, not to mention my other luxury brand items but they choose to take their time in getting a footage & keep quite…I am taking legal action we rather argue in court for my 52k claim…as I don’t see them finding my luggage with everything in it while the OR Tambo airport has a reputation of *****ing contents from luggages, the luggage that I gave to them for safe transportation
