Fly Cemair

This is the first and last time I’ll ever use this airline. Flight was delayed, we stood in the cold wind (yes, outside at 20:00) at CT airport waiting for a bus to take us to the plane, and then at OR Tambo again we waited in the stationary plane for 30 minutes waiting for the bus to arrive. The zips on my suitcase were damaged and the lock missing.
