Fly Cemair bent over backwards to help me make my flight

I had the most fantastic experience with Fly Cemair. A last minute flight to Joburg and I was running late. Instead of closing the boarding gate, like other airlines do, they called me on my mobile to check where I was!!! I explained I was running through the airport and they held the gate open for me. I travel a lot and have been late twice and have never received this kind of service. I'm delighted.
