Flight cancelled by Cemair - still no refund

Do not fly with Cemair! My flight was cancelled at the last minute by the airline and after 11 weeks I'm still waiting for my refund.I have emailed and phoned their Head Office several times without any success. You may only email the person responsible and you are not allowed to speak with them on the phone.Cemair also does not have a formal complaints process which clearly indicates that consumer complaints are not a priority for this airline.
