FLIGHT AAQNV7 CANCELLATION – 2018/12/18 George to Bfn.

This flight was cancelled on 15/12/2018. Leaving us stranded in George after the long weekend in December 2018. Just a simple email to let us know to make different travel arrangements:

"CemAir regrets to advise that your flight booked between George and Bloemfontein on the above date is CANCELLED and will not be operated as a result of the indefinite suspension of CemAir’s Air Operating Certificates. At this stage our hands are tied and we advise you to book an alternative journey to your destinations. We will advise at the soonest possible time about a refund process for your booking with CemAir. You will be refunded for the full value of the tickets purchased from CemAir using the original payment channel used to make your booking."

Til this day I have not receive my refund on this flight as promised. Unacceptable!
