Extremely poor service or rather NO service

I booked June through Travel star.Melissa helped me there was some mishap. She then said every thing is in order I will be able to use my June ticket whenever. I am trying now since forever to see if the 8th of September will be available for me either early morning or late afternoon. I could take with 1 suitcase 7 KG hand lagguga however I have another suitcase can someone with a few braincells please contact me. Booking was done under Aletta Yvonne Stander *** *** flying date was the 11th.
