EXSTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM CEMAIR JHB TRANSPORTING PUPPIES
I delivered 3 puppies this morning 6 April 2023 flying from OR Thambo to Cape Town. Puppies were put into travel boxes 9h00 and departure were sheduled for 11h00. It is now 15h30 and puppies have not yet depart. A time of deprature were given " between 1 5h30 and 1th45. Puppies will be by arrival 9 hours in the travel boxes without food. How do these people get away with this at SPCA? NEVER, EVER USE CEMAIR!!! THE WORST COMPANY POSSIBLE TO TRUST WITH LIVE ANIMALS.!!!!!!

08 Apr 2023, 06:50So, why am I not surprised that the puppy flying today to Margate is in the same bad situation than the puppies yesterday. Again handed in 9h00 for the flight booked at 11h15. It is now 15h40. Again delays!!! Pup not expected until 16h00 IF it happens.
Be aware, this company CANNOT handle live animals! STAY AWAY FROM CEMAIR.
