Dropped in the **** by an airline that should know better.

NOT happy with my flight from Joburg to Kimberly 5Z0502 being cancelled at 18:15 the evening before the 06:20 flight!!!

What the hell was I supposed to do in with almost NO warning and after hours? Luckily, I managed to find a work round.

I have never been left stranded by an airline with the flimsy excuse that they couldn't get fuel (lack of planning, cash flow or what?).

I would have been happier if they said I smelt bad or they had too many empty seats and couldn't be bothered to fly but saying they couldn't get fuel is not acceptable. Even if it's true, they should have known for days or at least hours and given a decent warning.

Perhaps they think their customers are too stupid to use other airlines.

SA is running out of airlines, but CEM AIR has just dropped into the same category as SAA - airline of last resort.
