Don’t use Fly Cemair they have a poor service

I had the worst experience with Fly Cemair, on the 24th Of December I was flying from Cape Town to Durban and after landing during luggage collection I fount my suitcase broken, I went to their offices to complaIn they gave me the managers email which I promptly emailed together with supporting images but until to date there hasn’t been any response from the airline, I’m really disappointed with their service. I find myself having to buy a new suitcase through someone’s negligence or poor service.
