Don't refund

Got to the airport and not one staff member present from Cemair. Had to find out that my flight changed times to earlier the day without letting me know. Had to buy a new ticket and I have been waiting for more than a month to get fully refunded. Lost about R1500,00 due to Cemair poor service.
