Don't fly Cemair

This is an extremely unprofessional airline. An employee called me the night before my flight to inform me that I had been booked on a cheaper Mango flight.

The cost of the Cemair flight was R1500 one way and I was looking forward to the experience. The later Mango flight was R400.

After an entire month of enquiring about a refund of the difference and basically being ignored, I finally received an email (not a call as before) to say there would be no compensation for the rest of the money.

A truly unprofessional and *****ed airline. I have lost money that I desperately need, especially in this time.

Save your money and stay away.
