Don't fly CEM Air

Don't fly CEM Air. Johannesburg-Margate, Wednesday 6th December. Passengers boarded and sat on the plane for a while, technical issue. Passengers deboarded and put on another aircraft which was smaller than the aircraft we were supposed to fly on. Because of this, and several hours after our scheduled flight, we were eventually flown to Durban instead of Margate so the plane could be refueled in order to fly to Margate. After around 45 minutes to an hour, passengers overheating on the place due to a non-functioning aircon system, we were advised by the Captain that we couldn't fly to Margate and that a bus has been arranged to bus us from Durban to Margate airport. We rented a car instead and drove From Durban to Margate instead. The whole day was ruined, it took 9 hours to get to our destination. Incredibly poor from CEM Air. The Captain was quite flippant and encouraged passengers to complain, but clear from Hello Peter reviews that they don't respond anyway.
