Don’t botherto fly Cemair

What a debacle. We arrived in plenty of time. Went to Slow Lounge the boards say confirmed to arrive at 12.10 to PE 27th Dec 2022. We keep watching the board eventually it say departing G7. We get there no check in people. We eventually speak to 2 CemAir sterns ants who say they can’t help me the flight has departed. We had very little success with the counter and less then none with Bianca. She was totally determined we were in the wrong. They asked for us to check our tickets for boarding times but alas no gate no. So how were we supposed to have figured this out without checking the boarding TV’s!!!! We booked to air tickets fromAirlink. Never again
