DO NOT FLY CEM AIR

Shocking service with grounded planes and NO SERVICE!!! You do not get what you have paid for!!!! We have paid for a direct flight from Cape Town to Hoedspruit return. Cem air cancelled all flights and rerouting us to OR Tambo which will take us a half day now AND NOT ONLY 3 HOURS!!!! I hope the aviation authorities cancell your operating licence like you cancelled our flights!!!! Very bad service from unprofessional staff with no experience in a crises like this!!! We need compensation and answers Our holiday was spoiled in the Kruger Park with our German guests!! We have lost money!!!!
