Do not book with CemAir

I booked a flight that was for 29May. It got cancelled by the airline on the 15th of May. There was nog other flights available day and I had to make new arrangements. I requested a refund on the 15th of May. Still to today get no feedback, no money back. This is pathetic, it has been weeks. Who gets all the interest for that money that they are not refunding. I will not make use of Cemair again. I want my money back.
