Dissapointing service because I was rooting for these guys

Flight Delayed by 1.5 hours but no communication or notification to passengers. On arrival at OR Tambo, bus pick up delay of 30 min. When the bus arrived we then waited in the bus for 20 min before being driven to airport building. On arrival at airport building, no notification of carousel with luggage. Cemair doesn't seem to care when one complains either. Management not training or managing its people. Pity.
