Disgusted 🤢 and dissatisfied 😒 unhappy and not pleased

I'm extremely dissapointed at the service my friend received. I have been waiting at king shaka airport around 7 30 pm awaiting for my friend to arrive at 8pm I sadly got some news that the airline was delayed in 2 hours then got mentioned it will be another hour long. My friend called me as she was tired and exhausted.... Apparently the only good thing they give is free snacks she didn't even wanted the snacks never the less my friend arrived at 10 30pm extremely dissatisfied has I had to sleep in the car knowing my king size bed awaits me at home..... Guys you charge allot on the flight fees to recieve a bumpy ride and the most worst ever there was even people laughing at yourlls reviews in the airport.... I will not allow anyone to take this airline as yourll are a dissapointment to the airline industry. Thanks and I believe the reviews here makes allot of sense
