Disgusted

I had to fly to Cape Town urgently. I made a booking with Cemair. 15 minutes after I made my booking, one of my friends suggested that I Drive down with him. When I wanted to cancell my booking they charged me a R1000 cancelation fee! And above all said that I have to wait 7-21 working days for my refund. My Mom is in the hospital with stage 4 cancer. So with R6000 less, broken to the bone I couldn't spend that money on her! I am disgusted in your way of business and client care! I will nwver recommend you to anyone.
