DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

The worst airline I have ever used. I initially used it mid September from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth. Service was average but bearable. I ended up using another airline on return

On 3rd October 2022 I flew to George with my Mum and 2 kids. All our bags were left behind without an apology! I had medication in one of the bags. The following day when our bags arrived, the bags were not delivered as promised. I had to book a car for R300 to pick up the bags. No apology. All four bags and flights were already expensive but were left to pay additional charge for a fault which was not ours. The flight also departed an hour late without any apology. I honestly demand my R300!!!!
