Disappointing airline, great staff

The only reason that I am giving them 3 stars is because of the staff members that helped me. My flight was delayed by more than 2 hours and the airline didn't even let me know beforehand. I found out once at the airport. The staff members at both Cape Town International Airport and OR Tambo International Airport were really helpful and ensured that I made my connecting flight.
