Delayed luggage!

I was flying with CemAir on the 12th of December 2022 from Johannesburg to Durban, when I got to Durban my luggage wasn’t there & I reported it and was told that they will call me once they have received the luggage, later that evening I got a call saying I must go to the airport and pick up my luggage it has arrived.. which is absolutely absurd because it’s Cemairs irresponsibility and now they are inconveniencing me! I’ve made calls and emails asking them to take accountability for their mistakes & get the suitcase delivered to me as I live far from the airport and I’m getting no response which is disappointing!
