Damaged suitcase by the airline

I am not happy, used the airline to fly to George on 31 March 2021 16:00pm. The suitcase got damaged and I reported to Stella ( Manager)that my suitcase got damaged and my details were taken for further investigation.

The next day I received a call and I was told that the airline will not does not cover suitcases that got damaged on the wheels, I was bluntly told that they will put in my application but they will not call me.

Which I am happy because my suitcase was damaged in their care and now I am not being helped
