Customer service

I flew yesterday ( 09/08/2022) from King Shaka International Airport ( Durban) to OR Tambo International Airport ( Johannesburg) got to the airport but the gate was closed but because I had checked in Online they waited for me, agents helped me to the gate and to get on the plane. Crew were wonderful and accomodating. Complimentary drinks and snacks. Disembarked directly at Baggage claim. Wonderful. Would highly recommend
