Cen Air poor customer care

The airline did not alert me to flight time change. Fortunately I checked in the night before and saw the change. I asked about this when I dropped off my bag and they said they knew nothing about it. After being delayed an hour we still took off late. There is a reason the flight was so empty. This poor attention to detail when it comes to customer care is letting down this new airline
