Cemaur refund 2 years later - still not received

On the 14th of Dec 2018, Cemair sent me an email that my flight was canceled due to “the indefinite suspension of CemAir’s Air Operating Certificates” To date I have not received my refund from Cemair. I have emailed them numerous times but no clarity on when I will be receiving my refund. I had to book another flight that year
