CemAir- Yes!.... NO!!!

Wonderful experience on Dec 19, 2022 - Jhb to Cape Town. HARROWING experience on Jan 5, 2023 Cape Town to JHB. Only 1 SMS advising of delayed flight. No info!! Had to contact rReservations 4 times to get update. Cape Town numbers not answered. Info given INCORRECT and almost missed the flight! Stood on runway for 25 minutes on take off and 40 minutes after landing as the busses were not available!!
