Cemair worst airline ever

This airline will steel your money!!! My flight was cancelled on the 16th of December by the airline. I still haven’t received my refund. My first flight was cancelled because there wasn’t enough people on the flight. So why do they advertised the flights? Then I rescheduled my flight and it was cancelled again because this airline wasn’t aloud to do any more flights. Now more than 4 months later and I still haven’t received my refund. Pathetic!!!!
