Cemair witholding my money after they cancelled my flight

8 weeks ago i made a booking that was then cancelled by Cemair because of a court order that stopped then from flying. They then promised to refund me after week 8. Now that its week 8 they come with another payment date to say i have to wait another 4 weeks. How is this acceptable?????
