Cemair very poor service and unprofessionalism

I am very unimpressed with Cemairs service. They cancelled my flight and over a year later they have still not refunded me. This is despite multiple emails to them. They respond to some and then ignore others. Really unprofessional to owe a client a couple of thousand rand's for over a year. I would definitely not recommend their airline.
